Firestone Complete Auto Care

My wife was sent here by another shop AS THEIR LAST RESORT for an emergency alignment. The manager seemed fine but the person who was supposed to help them didn't. He wasted nearly 3 hours making every possible excuse. Put new tires on my truck without speaking to my wife about it. Spoke rudely and attacked her personally. Assumed she didn't know anything about vehicles and lied dramatically to make excuses about why they couldn't do the work. Repeatedly trashed the garage that had referred them there for the alignment. Justified this by saying she wasn't his customer. My wife called the other garage and walked right out to my truck and asked the tech what was going on. It was consistent with what the other garage had said, proving the service guy who was supposed to take care of her had no valid excuse for refusing the scheduled service. My wife and her friend were pretty sure he was just trying to scare them so they wouldn't make him stay late, because all of the dishonest things he said revolved around him being able to finish it up in the morning. This all ended when he threw the keys at her friend and said "Go, nobody wants you here." Photos she'd already taken prior to arr

I would highly recommend this Firestone location over any others in the area. Great customer service, great pricing and quick service. Other locations couldn’t get me in or told me it would be a long wait this location had me in and out in about 30 minutes no wait. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and got me back on the road same day. Definitely bringing my car back here for any future work.

Great, prompt service, courteous and well-organized staff. I have been fixing my car with Fire Stone for over 10 years. Their service was always 5 star service for affordable price. Most of their mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. They can diagnose car issues quickly and accurately. Highly recommended.

Having a tire blow out can be very stressful. Each time I called to see how best to solve the issue the Firestone team was prompt to answer. They were very kind regarding our situation. Our interactions with Nathaniel the manager were very positive. He was very respectful and thoroughly explained all the details. We ended up needing a new tire and he was quick to get us the tire and the service we needed to be safely on our way. I highly recommend thisFirestone location.

Super friendly. won't turn you away. They have the equipment to do bigger trucks. They couldn't get one of my lug nuts off. Said if they break it, it will cost me $160. After paying $607 for rear brakes, rotators, brake fluid flush. I took my truck back to who did my tire rotation and balance and told them Firestone said the lug nut is stuck and they cant get it off..... They got it off no problem at the place I got my tire rotation at. I also have a ton of brake fluid in my wheel well and all over my shocks and down my truck. I was very disappointed at the end of the whole situation. Brakes took 2 hours at Firestone, then had to go back to who did my tire rotation to find out it was fine. It was a waste of my time that Firestone did not value but i paid top dollar for their time. At the end of the discussion I was dismissed and asked, what would I like to make it right?...... What can you do to make it right? Pressure wash my truck was offered and that's pretty lame to me. How about refund me for the brake fluid flush because you got the fluid everywhere and it went down the side of my truck. Super inconvenient, super terrible expirence and no one should have to deal with that. Ho
